You must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to donate or to subscribe to our communications. By making a donation, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the payment method you use is lawfully yours to use.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree:

If you choose to set up a recurring donation (monthly, quarterly, or annual), you authorize Sirina’s Kids and its payment providers to charge your payment method on the schedule you have selected, until you cancel.
Donations to Sirina’s Kids may qualify for tax deductibility under applicable law, depending on your country of residence and the nature of the gift. Information about our legal status is summarized in the footer of every page.
